Ten great years have passed since the installation of the divine Murtis of Lord Swaminarayan, Jeevanpran Shree Abji Bapashree and Jeevanpran Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa. To mark this occasion a magnificent 5-day Dashabdi Mahotsav will be held from Wednesday 22 to Sunday 26 December 2010.

Prof. Rajendra Singh, head of India's Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) had come to inaugurate celebrations marking 50 years of service by the RSS in Kenya (known locally as the "Bharatiya Swayamsevak Sangh," or BSS). Seven thousand Hindus from over 32 institutions from all across Kenya joined together in the "Virat Hindu Sangam" to honor Prof. Singh. A magnificent marble memorial Temple was created at the exact site, in Godhasar, where Acharya Swamishree performed the cremation rites of Gurudev Jeevanpran Swamibapa in 1979 CE. This Temple epitomises the profound divine love of Acharya Swamishree towards His Gurudev Jeevanpran Swamibapa.
Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Pipe Band is part of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan based in Ahmedabad, India. Each Pipe Band is managed by the Mandir in its location.
