On 27 September 2017, Acharya Swamishree Maharaj visited the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi where he met the newly appointed President of India, Honourable Shri Ram Nath Kovind.

On 27 September 2017, Acharya Swamishree Maharaj visited the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi where he met the newly appointed President of India, Honourable Shri Ram Nath Kovind.

Prior to his selection and appointment as the 14th President of India on July 25, 2017, Acharya Swamishree Maharaj had sent blessings to Shri Kovindji through his Sants living in Shree Swaminarayan Mandir, Civil Lines, Delhi.

Acharya Swamishree Maharaj was in Delhi for the celebrations of Shree Swaminarayan Mandir, Nutan Shikhar-kalash-aarohan Mahotsav, held to mark the complete renovation of the Mandir established in 1978 by Gurudev Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa. He took this opportunity to personally congratulate the President on his appointment.

President Kovind asked Acharya Swamishree Maharaj for blessings, so that our Motherland Bharat can become a world leader in all respects, and a Nation that other countries look towards for direction on how to progress.
